High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has topped out construction on the firm’s first Manhattan project, The Marq, a 25-story luxury residential tower in SoHo. Slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027, the project will include 99 units, 2,072 square feet of ground-floor retail and 25 affordable apartments.

Located on a vacant lot at 126 Lafayette St. in New York City’s Lower West Side, units at The Marq will range from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. “Our aim is for The Marq to reflect the vibrancy and elegance of this iconic community of SoHo,” said Michael Adamo, a Principal with HSR in New York. “With its proximity to major transit hubs and green spaces like Hudson River Park, SoHo remains one of New York City’s most desirable locations for residential development. We’re proud to bring this project to life.”

Along with its capital partners, other project partners on The Marq include Marvel Architects, general contractor Leeding Builders Group and interior designer Chris Shao Studio.
