Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing assignment for Cummins Station, a more than 400,000-square-foot adaptive reuse office property located at 209 10th Ave. S in Nashville’s Urban Core. DZL Management is the owner of Cummins Station.

Originally constructed as a rail terminal and warehouse, Cummins Station has been transformed into one of Nashville’s most iconic creative office and retail destinations, blending historic character with modern workplace design and amenities. Besides retail, the property offers office space ranging from approximately 1,300 to more than 30,000 square feet, along with flexible office and coworking space.

Located in Nashville’s Urban Core between Downtown and The Gulch, Cummins Station is near the city’s business, dining, entertainment, and hospitality offerings. The property also features a robust amenity package, including ample parking, a conference center, a fitness center currently under construction, and an outdoor garden area.

Stream’s Stewart Lyman, Adam Rumsey, and Ben Dotye will oversee leasing on behalf of the owner, DZL.
