The board of directors of Shangao New Energy and the board of directors of Shangao Holdings each announced that on August 10, 2026 (after the trading period), Heze Shangao Clean Energy (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Shangao New Energy and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Shangao Holdings, as the contractor) signed an EPC contract with China Energy Construction Group Anhui Electric Power Construction Second Engineering Co., Ltd. (China Energy Construction Anhui Power Construction, as the contractor). According to the EPC contract, Heze Shangao Clean Energy agreed to appoint China Energy Construction Anhui Power Construction to provide EPC services for the project. The total contract price is RMB 1,234 billion (including all taxes) (which can be adjusted when the national tax policy changes).
