Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ:ONDS) disclosed on Monday that its Sentrycs’ Cyber-over-RF (CoRF) System will be utilized to detect, identify, and manage unauthorized drones during NFL game days at EverBank Stadium.
This development highlights the increasing need for advanced security measures in large public venues.
The deployment of Ondas’ Sentrycs’ system represents a significant step in enhancing security protocols during high-profile events. By addressing potential drone threats, the company aims to provide a safer environment for attendees.
Ondas’ move aligns with the broader industry trend of integrating advanced technology solutions to safeguard public spaces. As large gatherings continue to be a focal point for potential security challenges, the implementation of such systems is becoming increasingly critical.
In the competitive landscape of defense and security technology, Ondas’ initiative could position the company as a leader in drone mitigation solutions. This comes at a time when public safety concerns are paramount, and the demand for innovative security measures is on the rise.
In July, Ondas and RSE Ventures have co-led a strategic investment in FPF Defense, a defense technology company developing autonomous counter-drone systems, the companies announced Friday. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The investment will support development of FPF’s SmartFlak counter-unmanned aerial system, which uses the Hammerhead autonomous interceptor to target Shahed-class one-way attack drones. FPF said the system is designed to address the cost gap between low-cost attack drones and traditional missile interceptors.
From a longer-term trend view, ONDS is still working through mixed signals: it’s trading 22.7% above the 20-day SMA ($7.73) and 8.4% above the 50-day SMA ($8.75), but only about 2% above the 100-day SMA ($9.29) and 1.8% above the 200-day SMA ($9.32). That "back on top of the long MAs, but not by much" posture often turns $9-$9.30 into a decision zone where breakouts can either stick or fade.
Momentum is improving on the MACD: it’s above its signal line and the histogram is positive, which points to easing downside pressure versus the prior downswing. In plain English, MACD above the signal line suggests buyers are starting to win more of the day-to-day battle, even if the bigger trend hasn’t fully reset.
The moving-average structure still carries baggage, though, because the 20-day SMA remains below the 50-day SMA and the 50-day SMA is below the 200-day SMA (the death cross that occurred in July). That’s why traders will likely want to see price hold above the 200-day area and then push through nearby resistance before treating this as more than a bounce.
The countdown is on: Ondas is set to report earnings on Aug. 13, 2026 (confirmed).

Below is the Benzinga Edge scorecard for Ondas, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses compared to the broader market:
The Verdict: Ondas’s Benzinga Edge signal reveals a momentum-driven profile with a clear "paying up" valuation trade-off. For longer-term holders, the chart is improving, but the low Value score and nearby $10.00 resistance make follow-through and risk management around support levels especially important.
Significance: Because ONDS carries such a heavy weight in these funds, any significant inflows or outflows for these ETFs will likely force automatic buying or selling of the stock.
ONDS Stock Price Activity: Ondas Inc shares were up 3.18% at $9.40 during premarket trading on Monday, according to Benzinga Pro.
