Engineers and scientists from the two companies used AWS artificial intelligence technology to combine Novo Nordisk's data and insights to compress the path from drug targets to the first human dose. London's new Artificial Intelligence Joint Innovation Center brings together AWS engineers, artificial intelligence experts and application scientists, and Novo Nordisk's R&D team to improve productivity and help shorten the time to market for future drugs. Novo Nordisk has partnered with a number of Amazon companies supporting the healthcare industry, including Amazon Pharmacies, Amazon Advertising, and Amazon One Medical to change the way new treatments are marketed and delivered.
