On August 10, local time, the General Staff of the Malian Armed Forces issued a notice stating that in the early morning of August 9, a large number of terrorists launched a raid on the site of the 23rd Infantry Regiment of the Malian Armed Forces. After preliminary investigation, more than 50 terrorists have been killed.
