The Burlington, Massachusetts-based company said it had net income of 1 cent per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 10 cents per share.

The provider of cloud-based software services posted revenue of $138.2 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in September, N-able said it expects revenue in the range of $134.5 million to $135.5 million.

The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $539 million to $542 million.
