According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hansi Group Holdings (00554) announced that on August 10, 2026, Xinruizhou signed a contract with Sinochem Eleven Construction to build a liquefied hydrocarbon storage facility. The provisional contract price is RMB 158 million (including VAT).
Sinochem 11 was established as a subsidiary of China Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd., while China Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is an enterprise under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China. Its shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 601117). Sinochem Eleven Construction is a construction enterprise specializing in the construction and installation of petrochemicals.
The launch of the liquefied hydrocarbon storage project is the Group's strategic initiative to revitalize idle land resources and develop high-value storage services. As a supporting project for the liquefied hydrocarbon terminal renovation completed by Dongzhou International, after completion, this project can cooperate with the liquefied hydrocarbon terminal to provide the market with integrated services such as handling, storage, and bottling of scarce liquefied hydrocarbon. This move will help expand the Group's customer base, increase revenue from warehousing services, and rely on warehousing and logistics hardware facilities to develop liquefied petroleum gas trading business and enhance overall commercial returns. After completion of the project, the Group will become one of the few logistics companies in the Greater Bay Area that can simultaneously provide terminal and warehousing services for three types of products, including oil, liquid chemicals, and liquefied hydrocarbons, further consolidating and enhancing the Group's competitiveness in the terminal storage industry.
Sinochem 11 Construction was selected to undertake the liquefied hydrocarbon storage project through a public tender process, taking into account its technical expertise and industry reputation. The terms of the contract (including the contract price) are the result of the tender selection process and determined by referring to the relevant bids received.
