Huada Hotel (00201) expects the owner's net profit after tax to turn a year-on-year loss of about HK$13 million to HK$15 million in the first half of the year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huada Hotel (00201) announced that it is expected that the owner should account for a net profit of about HK$13 million to HK$15 million after tax in mid-2026, while the net loss after tax due to owners for the same period in 2025 is about HK$15 million. The increase in performance was mainly due to (i) an increase in total revenue of approximately HK$14 million; (ii) a reduction of approximately HK$11 million in other service costs; and (iii) a reduction of approximately HK$5 million in financial costs.
