Profit Alert expects a medium-term loss of HK$45 million to HK$50 million at the time of profit (06838)

According to the Zhitong Finance App, an announcement was issued at the time of profit (06838). The board of directors expects the Group to record a loss of between HK$45 million and HK$50 million (2025: HK$13.821 million) for the six months ended June 30, 2026 (this period). Losses during the period were mainly due to (1) reduced revenue due to sluggish demand; (2) overall gross margin falling due to intense market competition; and (3) provision for termination compensation payments and other employee claims under the plan to reduce manpower.
