According to Zhitong Finance App, Jianbei Miao (02161) announced that since August 10, 2026: Mr. Cen Guangye, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and CEO of the Company, has resigned as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Lu Tinglong, an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Chen Jinzhao, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has resigned as a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
