Shengshi Container (00716) plans to sell 50.68% of Shengshi Logistics's registered capital for 36.32 million yuan

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Shengshi Container (00716) announced that on August 10, 2026 (after the transaction period), the company signed the agreement with Haifeng Logistics. According to this, the company agreed to sell and Haifeng Logistics agreed to acquire sales rights (50.68% of Shengshi Logistics's registered capital owned by the Company and registered in the company's name immediately before the transaction was completed), at a cost of approximately RMB 36.32 million, and Haifeng Logistics agreed to inject new capital of approximately RMB 16.7 million into Shengshi Logistics.

After the transaction is completed, the Company will hold 40% of Shengshi Logistics's shares, and Shengshi Logistics will no longer be a subsidiary of the Company and will become an associated company of the Company, and the financial results of Shengshi Logistics will no longer be comprehensively incorporated into the Group's comprehensive financial statements.
