Rockfire Resources Conditionally Raises GBP2 Million Via Share Subscription

05:46 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rockfire Resources (ROCK.L) conditionally raised 2.2 million pounds sterling through a share subscription arranged by Temeraire Partners. The subscription totaled 1,954,545,446 new shares at 0.0011 pound apiece, according to a Monday filing from the base metal, precious metal, and critical mineral exploration company. Rockfire said it intends to use the net proceeds to apply for a permit to reopen and rehabilitate an underground mine, continue pre-feasibility work and ore sorting tests, continue drilling at the Molaoi project in Greece, and for general working capital.
