From June 10 to August 7, 2026, it reduced its holdings by a total of 12,696,606 shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions, accounting for 3% of the total share capital, and reduced its total holdings by 107 million yuan. After the holdings were reduced, the shareholder held 12,632,983 shares, accounting for 2.98%, and is no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares. This reduction in holdings will not affect corporate governance and operations, nor will it lead to changes in actual controllers.
