Tree Bear Financial Group (08226) subsidiary subscribes to 65.71 million Minerva Group shares

According to Zhitong Finance App, Shuxiong Financial Group (08226) announced that on July 17, 2026 (after the trading period), the subscriber Jiecheng Investment Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) agreed to subscribe for 65.71 million Minerva Group shares at a cost of approximately HK$2.497 million (excluding transaction costs), or HK$0.038 per Minerva Group share. The subscription will be completed on or before July 30, 2026.

Following the completion of the subscription, the Group will hold 65.71 million Minerva Group shares, accounting for approximately 1.92% of the total number of issued Minerva Group shares expanded through allotment and issuance of Minerva Group shares in accordance with the placement.
