According to statistics, the total market value of Carlyle's holdings in the second quarter was 10 billion US dollars. Compared with the total market value of the previous quarter, the total market value was about 10.6 billion US dollars, down 0.193% from the previous quarter. Carlyle added only 3 stocks to its US stock portfolio in the second quarter, increased its holdings by 2, reduced its holdings by 2, and cleared 4 stocks. Phathom Pharmaceuticals (PHAT.US) is Carlyle's third-largest holding of about 3.4968 million shares, with a market value of about US$379.404 million, accounting for 0.38% of the portfolio. There was no change in the overall number of holdings in the previous quarter. Phathom Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company focusing on gastrointestinal (GI) acid-related diseases. It focuses on developing and commercializing vonoprazan, a potassium-competitive acid blocker (PCAB), and has exclusive rights in this mechanism in specific indications in Europe, America, and Canada.

Invitation Homes Inc (INVH.US), an American real estate company that focuses on single-family rental, is Carlyle's fourth largest holding, holding 662,900 shares, with a market value of about US$2.062 million, accounting for 0.20% of the portfolio, a decrease of 0.18% from the total number of holdings held in the previous quarter.

China's autonomous driving company PONY.US (PONY.US) is Carlyle's fifth largest holding stock, holding about 2.3624 million shares, with a market value of about US$16.419 million, accounting for 0.16% of the investment portfolio. Judging from changes in position ratios, Carlyle's top five purchases in the second quarter were: SunPower (SPWR.US), Riley Exploration Permian (REPX.US), AI cloud vendor Nebius Group NV (NBIS.US), Ramaco Resources (METC.US), and Robinhood Markets (HOOD.US), among which Riley Exploration Permian, Nebius, and Ramaco Resources opened new stock positions for Carlyle in the second quarter.

The top five sales targets were CubeSmart (CUBE.US), Q32 Bio (QTTB.US), Heartflow (HTFL.US), Spyre Therapeutics (SYRE.US), and Exicure (XCUR.US). Among them, CubeSmart, Exicure, Heartflow, and Spyre Therapeutics were cleared by Carlyle in the second quarter.
