Ganli Pharmaceutical announced that the company recently reached an exclusive license agreement with Menarini to grant Menarini the right to market, register and commercialize boflavin in 39 European countries and regions, including 27 EU countries and the United Kingdom. Menarini will pay a non-refundable down payment of 62 million euros, cumulative milestone payments of up to 664 million euros, and gradient royalties paid in a maximum double digit ratio.
