On August 9, 2026, the Zhejiang Machinery Industry Federation organized a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting for the “5000 ton DMSO dry-jet wet spinning high-performance PAN-based yarn complete equipment and process” project developed by Zhejiang Jinggong Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company), Zhejiang Huachuang Carbon Fiber Technology Co., Ltd., Donghua University, and Zhejiang University of Technology. The inspection committee heard reports on the development work and technical summary of the project, product testing, scientific research, user use, etc., and reviewed the relevant data. After questioning and discussion, the appraisal committee concluded that the overall technical level of the project equipment was at the international advanced level. Among them, the single consumption of steam recovered by DMSO and the temperature uniformity in the polymerizer reached the leading international level, and agreed to pass the certification.

This time, the company's “5,000 ton DMSO dry spray wet spinning high-performance PAN-based yarn complete equipment and process” passed the certification of scientific and technological achievements, marking a major breakthrough in key equipment and core processes for large-scale preparation of high-performance PAN-based yarn in China. It will further promote the core technology of the entire domestic high-end PAN yarn preparation process to achieve autonomous, controllable and domestic replacement.
