03:35 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fulcrum Metals (FMET.L) said Monday that it amended its deal with Terra Balcanica Resources to sell a 100% stake in its uranium portfolio in Saskatchewan, Canada. Under the amended terms, Terra North Resources, Terra Balcanica's corporate spin-off and a private company, will issue 5.6 million shares to Fulcrum Metals at CA$0.10 per share, satisfying CA$560,000 of option consideration due under the second anniversary payment schedule. The amendment also defers the CA$75,000 second-anniversary cash payment to the earlier of the new anniversary date following the completion of a going-public transaction by Terra North and Oct. 31. The London-listed mineral explorer and developer Fulcrum Metals has already received CA$75,000 in cash and 5.8 million Terra Balcanica shares under the deal. It also retains the potential to receive CA$225,000 in cash and CA$1.9 million in Terra North stock, with a minimum cumulative exploration expenditure commitment of CA$3.3 million.
