Sobi Partners with Innate Pharma to Begin Phase 3 Study of Lacutamab in Sézary Syndrome

02:49 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish Orphan Biovitrum (SOBI.ST), or Sobi, and Innate Pharma (IPH.PA) are teaming up to launch the Tellomak-3 confirmatory phase 3 study of lacutamab for the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma subtype Sézary syndrome. The study will be carried out to support applications for lacutamab in Sézary syndrome, according to separate Monday releases. The collaboration is subject to the approval of relevant regulators, among other closing conditions. The Swedish biopharmaceutical company will have the option for exclusive global commercialization and development rights for lacutamab as part of the deal. It will pay its French partner $75 million on closing and milestone-based considerations of $40 million. Innate Pharma will oversee the study and will receive an additional $465 million subject to Sobi exercising its option for full development rights. The additional payment will factor in regulatory and commercial milestones, while tiered royalties from net sales are estimated in the double digits.
