ECR Minerals Conditionally Raises Funds Via Share Issue

The gold exploration and development company will use the proceeds to continue the development of its Maddens gold project in Northern Queensland, Australia, including underground mine development, gold production, and trial alluvial mining, alongside further exploration work. The funds will also support general corporate and working capital requirements. Under the fundraising, subscribers will receive one warrant for each placing share, entitling them to subscribe for an additional share at 0.003 pound apiece. The warrants are exercisable within three years of admission, with 363,571,430 warrants issued in total. The new shares are scheduled to begin trading on the London stock exchange on Friday.
