Teneo.ai Seeks SEK74 Million from Preferential Rights Offering

02:11 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Teneo.ai (TENEO.ST) is aiming to raise 74 million kronor from an offering of new shares with preferential rights at 0.05 krona apiece. The offering, which is fully covered with guarantees, is being done as part of the agentic artificial intelligence solutions company's refinancing initiative. Under the offering, shareholders on record as of Aug. 17 will receive one subscription right for every share in the company, with each subscription right granting the holder the option to subscribe for three new Teneo.ai shares. The subscription period will run from Aug. 19 through Sept. 2, with preliminary results expected on the last day of the subscription period. The company earmarked the estimated net proceeds of 62 million kronor from the offering for the payment of its debt to Capital Four, repayment of its bridge financing, and for working capital.
