The Zhitong Finance App learned that Jingfang Pharmaceutical-B (02595) rose nearly 4%. As of press release, it had risen 3.95% to HK$31.8, with a turnover of HK$36.711 million.

According to the news, on August 10, Jingfang Pharmaceutical-B (02595) announced that GFH375 (an oral KRAS G12D inhibitor) has entered a registered phase III clinical study (“Kirin-Fei 01”) in China for single-drug treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). “Kirin-Fly 01” is a multi-center, open-label, randomized controlled phase III study to evaluate GFH375 versus patients with KRAS G12D mutant, locally advanced unresectable, or metastatic NSCLC who failed standard treatment with docetaxel. The study will be conducted at more than 40 research centers across the country, and the first patient was recently enrolled at Nanjing Gulou Hospital.

Previously, GFH375 entered the world's first registered phase III clinical study for treating pancreatic cancer with an oral KRAS G12D inhibitor last year (“Kirin-Wing 01); this year, GFH375 was the first in China to receive two breakthrough therapy certifications (BTD) for treating KRAS G12D mutant NSCLC and pancreatic cancer with a single drug. GFH375 has shown potential best-in-class efficacy in treating NSCLC among global KRAS G12D inhibitors. The latest single-agent post-line NSCLC data will be presented in the form of an oral report at this year's World Lung Cancer Congress (WCLC).
