Thob Al Aseel, Al-Tuwaijri Men's Supplies Acquisition Talks End Without Deal

12:24 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia-listed garment retailer Thob Al Aseel (SASE:4012) said Sunday it did not sign a binding agreement for its proposed acquisition of Al-Tuwaijri Men's Supplies. The two companies signed a nonbinding memorandum of understanding for the proposed deal in February. The six-month agreement expired after the parties failed to reach a final agreement on the transaction terms following discussions.
