The total market value of the transfer was HK$11.784 million, accounting for 23.73%. The company's shareholders transferred 7.5094 million shares to Futu Securities International Hong Kong and 7.46 million shares from Cathay Pacific Securities (Hong Kong).

According to the results of Yihe Co., Ltd. for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Group achieved a profit of HK$324 million, an increase of 42.18% over the previous year; profit attributable to the company's owners of HK$10.369 million compared with a loss of HK$31.972 million in the same period last year; and a profit of HK0.9 cents per share.
