Net income for the first half of 2026 was US$5.9b compared with US$2.8b in the prior year period. Basic EPS from continuing operations were US$4.64 and diluted EPS were US$4.61, compared with US$2.22 and US$2.21 respectively a year ago.

On August 5, 2026, CVS Health also raised its full year 2026 earnings guidance. The company now expects GAAP diluted EPS in a range of US$6.84 to US$7.04, compared with its prior range of US$6.24 to US$6.44.
