Wolftank Group Unit Resolves EUR4.5 Million Dispute via Out-of-Court Settlement

06:16 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wolftank Group's (WAH.F, WOLF.VI) Wolftank DGM settled out of court a 2020 dispute amounting to 4.5 million euros to avoid the risks and costs of long-standing litigation, according to a Thursday release. The settlement follows an August 2025 first-instance ruling by Italy's Tribunale di Bologna, which awarded a customer 3.4 million euros for lost profits, plus 1.1 million euros for post-event costs, which were fully covered by insurance. Wolftank previously appealed the decision with the Corte d'Appello di Bologna. The environmental technologies company noted that the settlement agreement does not constitute an admission of liability, and that it is not expected to negatively impact its earnings as funds were already provisioned in its Dec. 31, 2025, financial statements.
