(“Almadex” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: “DEX”) announces that it has completed the previously announced sale to Empress Royalty Corp. (“Empress”) of a portfolio of net smelter return royalty interests on mineral properties in Canada, the United States and Mexico for aggregate consideration of US$2,500,000.
