Beijer Ref Acquires 80% Stake in Canada's Enertrak

10:14 AM EDT, 08/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Beijer Ref (BEIJ-B.ST) acquired an 80% stake in Canada-based HVAC distributor Enertrak, marking its entry into the Canadian market. The Swedish refrigeration and climate control group said Wednesday it also secured an option for full ownership. Enertrak will continue to operate under its own brand. It employs about 120 people across seven branches and generates annual net sales of about 1.1 billion kronor.
