Mr. Jiang Chaoshang (Mr. Jiang) was elected as the employee representative director of the 4th board of directors at the company's employee congress held on August 5, 2026. The election of Mr. Jiang is not subject to approval by the shareholders (shareholders) of the Company at the shareholders' meeting.
