On August 5, computer memory company Netlist said it had reached a five-year agreement with Samsung Electronics. Under the terms of the agreement, Samsung will obtain the right to use Netlist's entire patent portfolio, including its server DIMM and high-bandwidth memory technology. Samsung will supply DRAM and NAND products to Netlist. Furthermore, the parties agreed to settle and mutually dismiss all pending legal actions.
