China Modern Animal Husbandry Holdings Limited increased its holdings of China Shengmu PF (01432) by about 4.38 billion shares at a price of about HK$0.35 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on August 3, China Modern Animal Husbandry Holdings Limited increased its holdings of China Shengmu-PF (01432) by 4,37934.6 billion shares, at a price of HK$0.35 per share, for a total amount of about HK$1,533 billion. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 6.574 billion shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 78.43%.

Additional Information: (1) China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. (“CMD”) was irrevocably promoting a proxy to voting exercise rights in respect of 2,086,942,512 shares under a voting rights agreement stipulated 30 October 2025. (2) As at 3 August 2026, CMD has received valid acceptances to acquire 4,379,519,346 shares under the mandatory cash offer for HK$0.35 per share.
