Xuhui Holding Group (00884)'s cumulative contract sales amount for the first 7 months was about 5.64 billion yuan, up 12.35% month-on-month

According to Zhitong Finance App, Xuhui Holding Group (00884) announced that in July 2026, the Group obtained (i) contract sales (contract sales with joint ventures and associated companies) amounting to about RMB 610 million and a contract sales area of about 97,400 square meters, (ii) the average contract sales price of about RMB 11,000 per square meter, and (iii) a contract sales amount attributable to the company's shareholders' equity of about RMB 30 billion.

From January to July 2026, the Group obtained (i) cumulative contract sales (contract sales with joint ventures and associated companies) of approximately RMB 5.64 billion, an increase of 12.35% over the previous month; and a contract sales area of about 587,300 square meters; (ii) an average contract sales price of approximately RMB 11,200 per square meter; and (iii) the contract sales amount attributable to the shareholders' equity of the Company was approximately RMB 3.03 billion, an increase of 11.4% over the previous month.
