The deal has been reviewed by the special meeting of the company's independent directors and the 30th meeting of the 6th board of directors, and there is no need to submit it to the shareholders' meeting. Over the past 12 months, the total amount of related transactions between the company and the same affiliate was 92.754 million yuan, accounting for 0.54% of the latest audited net assets. The transaction still needs to complete the procedures in accordance with state-owned assets supervision rules.
