Previously, the board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the subscription for targeted additional shares of Shaoxing Hengxin Agricultural Commercial Bank, with a total investment of no more than 50 million yuan. It has now been approved by the Shaoxing Supervisory Branch of the State Administration of Financial Supervision and Administration and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
