According to Woofun AI, Cloudflare (NET.US) officially launched CloudFlareWallets, a programmable wallet built specifically for AI agents, marking the key layout of cloud infrastructure giants in the AI economy.

The product was released on Tuesday. The core logic is to restructure the smart business model through stablecoin payments. Users can obtain an account ID immediately, but full payment functions such as storing stablecoins and receiving payments will be launched later. Its strategic intention is to simplify the identification process of AI agents so that they can pay for API calls and digital content in the form of micropayments, thus opening up a closed loop from identity authentication to value exchange.

At the technical level, the wallet will be deeply integrated with the recently announced MonetiZatiOnGateway, and the underlying layer will rely on the Coinbase (COIN.US) x402 protocol. According to WooFunai, Cloudflare software engineer Willpapper pointed out that the x402 protocol allows users to easily try out the API without an account, enabling smart fitness to test various new options with almost zero barriers, greatly reducing the interaction threshold.

Some media have contacted Cloudflare regarding the exact schedule and related details of the product launch, but no response has been received as of press time. This silence may suggest that the internal pace of implementation is still being refined, but the race for AI-native payment infrastructure has substantially accelerated.
