Biosystems Engineering (01355) completed the issuance of convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$50 million

According to Zhitong Finance App, Biosystems Engineering (01355) announced that all the prerequisites contained in the subscription and settlement agreement have been fulfilled and completed on August 5, 2026. Upon completion, convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$50 million have been issued to the subscribers. The subscriber pays the subscription price of the convertible bond by offsetting the offsetting loan. The Company's repayment obligation to offset the loan has been fully fulfilled. As of the date of this announcement, no convertible bonds were converted.
