Malvern International's Outgoing CFO Steps Down As Executive Director

03:58 AM EDT, 08/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Malvern International (MLVN.L) Dan Fisher stepped down as executive director, effective immediately, but will remain in a non-board capacity until Aug. 18. The global learning and skills development company said Wednesday the departure was as planned and followed a handover to its chief financial officer designate, Daniel Chaffer. The CFO change was disclosed in June, when it was said Fisher was expected to depart in September.
