According to people familiar with the matter, OFB Tech Pvt, the operator of the tech supply chain and financing platform OFBusiness, is considering restarting the initial public offering program, which can raise up to 800 million US dollars. The company is backed by SoftBank Group and is working with Axis Capital Ltd, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Citigroup to prepare for a potential listing. Relevant sources said they did not wish to be named because the information was an internal secret. They said the company plans to submit a draft prospectus by November at the latest. OFbusiness, which had tried to go public a few years ago, was put on hold due to a weak market environment. The relaunched offering is expected to add up to $200 million in shares, with the rest being sold by existing shareholders.
