The five guiding cases released this time include: Chen's robbery retrial protest case, Xin's intentional homicide retrial protest case, Tan Mouyi's intentional homicide and rape retrial protest case, Xu's drug transportation retrial protest case, and Ma Mulin's robbery and retrial protest case. Most of these cases were disruptive revisions, which fully demonstrated the procuratorial authorities' objective and impartial position and determination to persevere in maintaining the impartiality of the administration of justice.
