Zhitong Finance App News, Tudatong (02665) announced that on August 4, 2026, Tudatong Intelligent Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (Tudatong Suzhou), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation in intelligent freight, intelligent driving and physical artificial intelligence (physical AI).
According to the Memorandum of Cooperation, the two sides agreed to be guided by long-term strategic cooperation to give full play to the advantages of Zhijia Technology in commercial vehicle autonomous driving system development and artificial intelligence algorithms, as well as the Group's advantages in high-performance lidar and three-dimensional sensing technology, to jointly promote the intelligent upgrading of mainline logistics, unmanned freight and smart logistics infrastructure, and accelerate the large-scale implementation of physical AI technology in the freight logistics industry. The Memorandum of Cooperation takes effect from the date the two parties sign it and is valid for three years.
The company believes that the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation is in line with the Group's business development strategy. By combining the Group's technical capabilities in high-performance lidar and 3D sensing with Zhijia Technology's capabilities in commercial vehicle autonomous driving system development, artificial intelligence algorithms and actual operation, this cooperation is expected to help: (1) expand the application of the Group's lidar products and 3D sensing solutions in L4 autonomous heavy trucks and RoboVans, and cover smart logistics scenarios such as long-haul trunk lines, short-distance connections and terminal delivery; (2) Promote collaboration between sensing hardware, autonomous driving algorithms and real freight scenarios, and promote physical AI related technology and freight scenarios The development, verification and iteration of large models and solutions for autonomous driving; (3) further extending the Group's three-dimensional sensing capabilities from vehicle scenarios to smart logistics infrastructure such as logistics parks, freight terminals, and intelligent warehousing; and (4) using the technical and industrial resources of both parties and collaborating with digital freight platforms and logistics ecosystem resources to accelerate testing and verification, pilot deployment, commercialization and large-scale application of related products, bringing potential business development opportunities to the Group.
