According to the “National Disaster Relief Emergency Plan” and the disaster loss situation in Heilongjiang Province, the National Development and Reform Commission urgently arranged an investment of 50 million yuan within the central budget to support Heilongjiang Province in emergency recovery after the floods, focusing on emergency rehabilitation and construction of damaged roads, water conservancy and other infrastructure and public service facilities such as schools and hospitals in the disaster area to promote the restoration of normal production and life order as soon as possible.
