In response to the “large stock” and “many variables” of geological disasters in China, the “Plan” released this time clearly focuses on improving the ability to respond to climate change risks, improving the efficient and scientific geological disaster prevention and control system, comprehensively improving the comprehensive ability of the grassroots to withstand geological disasters, deploying and implementing seven key projects, including dynamic surveys of geological hazard sites and risk areas, and delineates 21 key geological hazard prevention zones.
