Update: Senior Plc Logs H1 Attributable Loss; Adjusted Pretax Profit Up

09:27 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates profit figures in the second paragraph and adds adjusted numbers) Senior plc (SNR.L) on Monday reported an attributable loss for the first half of 2026, while revenue grew year over year. Loss attributable to equity holders of the parent from continuing operations for the six months ended June 30 was 13.1 million pounds sterling, compared with an attributable profit of 21 million pounds earlier. Loss per share from continuing operations was 0.0319 pound, compared with an EPS of 0.0492 pound. On the other hand, adjusted profit before tax from continuing operations was 34.8 million pounds and adjusted diluted EPS from continuing operations was 0.0627 pound, compared with the year-ago period's 25.3 million pounds and 0.0492 pound, respectively. The high-technology components and systems manufacturer's revenue was 390.8 million pounds, compared with 371.2 million pounds a year ago. For full-year 2026, the company expects its performance to be aligned with the upgraded guidance issued in July.
