UBS pointed out in its latest report that the construction of AI data centers in the US is unlikely to stop, but local residents' concerns about electricity prices, water resources and land occupation, as well as the state government's re-examination of approvals, tax benefits, and infrastructure costs, will force the industry to change the way it develops.
