08:20 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaValue/Baader Europe updated its rating and price target for Teleperformance (TEP.PA) as it reaffirmed its view of giving the French digital business services company's new management "the benefit of the doubt" amid a "reassuring" outlook for the second half of 2026. On Monday, the research firm changed its opinion on the stock to add from reduce, while boosting the price target to 80.6 euros from 72.6 euros. "We have only fine-tuned our estimates, with no material impact on valuation. That said, we have also reduced the discount to peers in the comparable valuation from -20% to -10% in the light of a rather reassuring outlook for H2. The FY outlook was actually reiterated (like-for-like growth of +0-2%) despite the weakish H1 (-1.7%)," analysts noted. "If this yearly forecast materialises, it will be (the beginning of) the first evidence that AI is not definitely killing the group's business."
