Yunda Co., Ltd. announced that the company held the 6th meeting of the 6th board of directors on August 3, 2026 to review and pass the “Proposal on Investing in the Construction of a 530,000 Kilowatt Industrial Park Green Power Supply Project in Fengzhen City”. The holding subsidiary Fengzhen Changda New Energy Co., Ltd. is the main body to invest in the construction of the Fengzhen Phase I project near Fengzhen City, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The approved capacity of the project was 264,500 kilowatts, including 214,500 kilowatts of wind power and 50,000 kilowatts of photovoltaics; the total investment amount of the project was 144.9.93 million yuan, of which 1.14 billion yuan was raised by applying for loans from financial institutions, accounting for about 80% of the total investment, and other funds were raised by oneself.
