The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 28, Qiao Shumin increased his holdings of Zhuyou Intelligent Manufacturing Technology (00726) by 398.72.5 million shares, at a price of HK$0.04 per share, for a total amount of HK$15.949 million. The latest number of shares held after the increase was approximately 399 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 12.86%.

Additional information: On 28 July 2026, Ms. Qiao Shumin as purchaser entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Jiayao Global Investments Limited as vendor to purchase 398,725,000 shares, purchased 12.86% of the total issued shares of DIT Group Limited in agreements with the terms of the said agreement.
