The holding subsidiary of Boteng Co., Ltd. (300363.SZ) obtained a pharmaceutical production license

According to Zhitong Finance App, Boteng Co., Ltd. (300363.SZ) announced that Suzhou Boteng Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Suzhou Boteng”), a second-tier holding subsidiary of the company, recently successfully obtained a “Pharmaceutical Production License” issued by the Jiangsu Drug Administration, which is valid until July 26, 2031. This is the first time that Suzhou Boteng has obtained a “Pharmaceutical Production License”, indicating that Suzhou Boteng has the compliance qualification to undertake commercial contract production of cell and gene therapy products. It provides a qualification guarantee for Suzhou Boteng to undertake commercial contract production of cell and gene therapy CDMO in the future, which is conducive to promoting the development of the company's cell and gene therapy CDMO business.
