Genflow Biosciences Advances SIRT6 Patent Portfolio in US, Europe

06:51 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genflow Biosciences (GENF.L) said Monday the US Patent and Trademark Office granted Track One prioritized examination for its foundational in-licensed US SIRT6 centenarian-derived patent application. The patent office also published the company's US patent application covering the use of its SIRT6 centenarian-derived variant in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. Genflow said neither the publication nor the Track One designation guarantees that a patent will be granted. A similar patent application in Europe is at the last stage before the European Patent Office, the company noted. The timing of grant remains subject to completion of the regulator's formal procedures.
